About the Role
We are hiring a Field Application Engineer – Motion Control to join a fast-growing robotics and precision motion team based in Barcelona.
This is a customer-facing technical role supporting OEM clients across Europe in the integration of high-performance motion control systems used in robotics, medical technology and advanced automation.

What You’ll Do
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for servo drives and integrated motion control products
Partner with sales teams on customer visits, design reviews and “design-in” activities
Support OEM customers during system integration and troubleshooting
Deliver technical training to distributors and end-users
Develop customer demos and application documentation
Collect market insights and application feedback to support product development
Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in motion control applications, field engineering or design engineering
Strong hands-on experience with servo drives, encoders, motion controllers or automation components
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
Fluent English
Willingness to travel approximately 50% across EMEA
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Nice to Have
German language skills
Spanish language skills
Experience in robotics, medical technology or industrial automation OEMs
What This Role Is NOT
This is not a software development or IT role.
We are specifically looking for candidates with real-world experience in motion control hardware and automation components.
