We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of operations in a small U.S. team — managing orders, tracking inventory, and supporting finance processes in a hands-on, structured environment.
This is a part-time, on-site position in Wake Forest, NC, ideal for someone who values stability, flexibility, and real impact over corporate complexity.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
Process and manage customer orders using Shopify (received via email, phone, or internal teams)
Track deliveries, confirm receipt, and follow up on any issues
Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock shortages
Coordinate with international teams regarding orders, inventory, and quality topics
Support basic bookkeeping and operational tasks using tools like QuickBooks
Assist with physical inventory counts (1–2 times per year, travel required)
Provide general operational support across the U.S. office
✅ What we’re looking for
You’re able to work on-site in Wake Forest, NC (this is not a remote role)
You have experience in operations, order processing, administration, or similar roles
You’re comfortable working with tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar systems
You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers and processes
You’re reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team
You’re open to occasional domestic travel (1–2 times per year)
