SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior) (m/f/d)

We are currently hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany.

You can choose to be based in the office location that best suits you.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)

• Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems

• Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding

• Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes

• Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

✅ Your Profile

Must-have requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)

• German language skills (minimum B2 level)

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)

• Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience

Nice to have:

• SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience

• Basic ABAP knowledge

• English skills

🌍 Work Model

• Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week home office

• Office presence required (no full remote option)

• You can choose your base location among: Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, or Stuttgart

• Occasional travel within Germany (approx. 20%)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: €60,000 – €120,000 gross/year (depending on experience)

• Permanent, full-time contract
