We're hiring on behalf of an innovative HealthTech organization developing AI-powered software that helps clinicians work more efficiently, safely, and with less administrative burden.

Their products combine modern software engineering with artificial intelligence to improve hospital workflows and ultimately enhance patient care. You'll join a small, highly experienced engineering team where your ideas matter, your code has real impact, and you'll have ownership over technical decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop modern full-stack applications using Vue.js and .NET.

• Build scalable frontend components and backend services.

• Develop and maintain REST APIs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical improvements.

• Work with containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines.

• Help build software that is used daily in clinical environments.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js, or solid experience with React or Angular and willingness to work with Vue.

• Professional experience with C#/.NET.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.

• German language skills (B2 level or higher).

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Hamburg (fully remote is not available).

• A proactive mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code and collaborative software development.
